1-2-1 Sessions

I offer one-to-one sessions virtually via Zoom. These sessions are built around you, so a separate 15 minute phone call is arranged ahead of the session for us to get to know each other a bit better and discuss what it is you want to get out of our time together. Each session is a 40 minute opportunity to start building (or if you are experienced, enhancing) your meditation practise. 

Cost of which is £45 for one session or £180 for four.

If you are a previous or regular student a discount is available, please contact me directly for the checkout code.

Private Groups

Do you have a number of friends or family members you’d like to get together online or in person for a Group Meditation Training or a Private Soundbath Experience in Bromley? Though meditation and Sound Healing are internal processes, the effects expand to the environment and this means it can be beneficial to individually and collectively raise some healing energy.

Contact me directly to arrange a private appointment of this kind and discuss costs. 

Classes & Soundbaths

In Person Meditation Classes in Beckenham

We meet every Saturday morning, 10am at West Beck Social Club, 1 Sidney Rd, Beckenham, BR3 4PX.

In Person Meditation Classes in Bromley

We meet every Monday lunchtime at 12pm at Warrior Studios Bromley, BR2 9QP.

Classes are 50 minutes. All welcome, beginners & beyond!

Cost of which is £15. Book online only.

SeriTONIN Sound Baths - Sound Healing Meditation in Bromley

We meet on the last Sunday of every month at 6pm at Warrior Studios Bromley - 2 Southlands Road, Chandlers House, BR2 9QP for 50 minutes of Sound Healing Meditation using Crystal Singing Bowls.

Sound Baths are £25. Bring a pillow and some water!
